Naʻe tokangaʻi ʻe Tulumani hono langa ʻo ha ngaahi fale lahi ʻi ʻIutā, kau ai ʻa e Fale Laioné, Fale Punungahoné, Fale Fakapuleʻanga ʻo e Siteiti ʻIutaá, mo e Temipale Seni Siaosi ʻIutaá.

Naʻe ʻikai moʻui ʻa Tulumani ke mamata ʻi hono fakatapui ʻo e Temipale Sōlekí ʻi he 1893, ka naʻá ne ngāue faivelenga ʻi heʻene hoko ko e tangata tā palani ʻa e Siasí ʻo aʻu ai pē ki heʻene mālōlō ʻi he 1887.
