Hamara Sansaarik Prabandhan

Un logon ko mahaan aadhyaatmik aasheervaad dene ka vaada kiya jaata hai jo prthvee aur unke saathi purushon aur mahilaon se pyaar karte hain aur unki dekhbhaal karte hain.

France ke apne mul(native) desh ka daora karte huwe, mujhe aur meri patni ko haal hi me apne kuch pote-potiyon ko chote se shahar Giverny me stith ek shaandaar bagiche ka pata lagaane ka anand mila. Hum ne khoobsurat falon ki kyaariyon(flowerbeds), sundar paani ke lilies aur taalaabo par khelti roshni ki prashansa karne ke liye iske raaston par ghumne ka anand liya.

Yeh adbhud sthaan ek vyakti ke rachnaatmak junoon ka parinaam hai: mahaan chitrkaar(painter) Claude Monet, jisne, 40 saalon tak apne bagiche ko apni painting kaaryechetr banaane ke liye komalta se aakaar diya aur kheti ki. Monet ne khud ke prakriti ke vishaalta me duno diya; fir, apne painbrush ke saath, unhonne rang aur prakaash ke stroke ke saath mehsoos kiye gaye chaapon ko vyakt kiya. In saalon me, unhonne saekdo chitron ka ek asaadhaaran sangrah banaya, jo seedhe unke bagiche se prerit tha.

Bhaaiyo aur bahano, hamare aas-paas ki prakriti ki sundarta ke saath hamari baatcheet jiwan me kuch sabse prerak aur anandaayak anubhao utpann kar sakti hai. Hum jin bhaaonaaon ko mehsoos karte hain, weh hamare bheetar hamare Swarg ke Pita aur Unke Putr, Ishu Masih ke liye kritgyata ki gehri bhaaona paeda karte hain, jinhonne is shaandaar prithvi ko banaya—iske pahaadon aur nadiyon, paodhon aur jaanwaron ke saath—aur hamare pehle maata-pita, Adam aur Eve.1

Rachne ka kaarye apne aap me ek ant nahin hai. Yeh apne bachcho ke liye Parmeshwar ki yojna ka ek atiavashyak ang hai. Iska uddeshye aysi setting pradaan karna hai jisme purshon aur mahilaaon ka parikshan kiya jaa sakta hai, apni agency ka prayog karein, anand paae, aur seekhein aur pragati karein taaki weh ek din apne Rachnewaale ki upasthiti me waapas aa sakein aur anant jiwan praapt kar sakein.

Yeh adbhud rachnaae puri tarah se hamare laabh ke liye taeyaar ki gayi thi aur Rachnewaale ke Apne bachcho ke prati pyaar ka jiwat saboot hai. Prabhu ne ghoshna ki, “Haan, jo kuch dharti par se aata hai … woh aankh ko prasann karne aur dil ko prasann karne ke liye manushye ke laabh aur upyog ke liye banaya gaya hai.”2

Haalaanki, Rachnewaale ka divye uphaar kartavvyon aur zimmedaariyon ke bina nahi aata hai. In kartavvyon ko prabandhan ki siddhaant dwara saruttam rup se varnit kiya gaya hai. Susamachaar ke shabdo me, prabandhak shabd ka pawitr dhaarmik ya saansaarik zimmedaari ko darshaata hai jo Parmeshwar se sambandhit hai, jiske liye hum zimmedaar hai.3

Jaisa ki pawitr shaastron me sikhaaya gaya hai, hamare saansaarik prabandhan me niche likhe gaye siddhaant shaamil hai:

Pehla siddhaant: Saari dharti, us par jiu-jantu sahit, Parmeshwar ki hai.

Rachnewaale ne dharti ke sansaadhano aur jiwan ke sabhi rupon ko hamari dekhbhaal ke liye saonpa hai, lekin Woh sab ka maalik hai. Usne kaha, “Mai, Prabhu, ne aakaash ko taan diya, aur dharti ko apni haatho se banaya; aur us me sab kuch mera hai.”4 Dharti pe jo kuch bhi hai woh Parmeshwar ka hai, jisme hamare parivaar, hamare shareer, aur yahan tak ki hamara jiwan bhi shaamil hai.5

Dusra siddhaant: Parmeshwar ki rachnaaon ke prabandhak ke rup me, hamara kartavvye hai ki hum unka sammaan karein aur unki dekhbhaal karein.

Parmeshwar ke bachcho ke rup me, hamein Uski divye rachnaao ke prabandhak, dekhbhaal karne waale aur sanrakshak hone ka zimmedaari mila hai. Prabhu ne kaha ki Usne “har ek manushye ko dharti ki un asheeshon ke prabandhak ke rup me zimmedaar tehraaya, jo mai ne apni jiu-jantuwon ke liye banai aur taeyaar ki hai.”6

Hamare Swarg ke Pita hamein apni swatantr ichcha ke anusaar saansaarik sansaadhano ka upyog karne ki anumati dete hai. Fir bhi hamari agency ko gyaan ya sanyam ke bina is duniya ke dhan ka upyog karne ya upbhog karne ke lisense ke rup me anuwaad nahi ki jaani chahiye. Prabhu ne yeh naseehat di: “Aur yeh Parmeshwar ki prasannta hai ki usne yeh sab vastuwein manushye ko di hai; kyunki weh na toh adhikta se, aur na hi andhera ke dwara, is prayojan ke liye dand ke saath kaam me laae gaye.”7

President Russell M. Nelson ne ek baar tippani ki thi, “Divye Rachna se laabh uthaane waale ke rup me, hum kya karein? Hamein dharti ki chinta karni chahiye, uske upar budhimaan prabandhak hona chahiye, aur aanewaali peedhiyon ke liye uski raksha karni chahiye.”8

Kewal ek vaygyaanik(scientific) ya raajnitik avashyakta se pare, dharti aur hamare prakritik paryaawaran ki dekhbhaal ek pawitr zimmedaari hai jo hamein Ishwar dwara saunpi gayi hai, jo hamein kartavvye aur vinamrata ki gehri bhaaona se bhar degi. Yeh hamare chelapan ka ek avashyak hissa bhi hai. Hum Swarg ke Pita aur Ishu Masih ki rachnaaon ka sammaan aur pyaar kiye bina Unka sammaan aur pyaar kaise kar sakte hai?

Aise kay kaam hai jo hum kar sakte hai—saamuhik rup se aur vyaktigat rup se—achche prabandhak banne ke liye. Apni vyaktigat parishthitiyon ko dhyaan me rakhtehuwe, hum me se har koi dharti ke bhaari sansaadhano ka adhik shraddha aur vivek se upyog kar sakta hai. Hum dharti ki dekhbhaal ke liye saamaajik koshishon ka samarthan kar sakte hai. Hum vyaktigat jiwan shaeli(lifestyles) aur vyavahaar apnaa sakte hai jo Ishwar ki rachnaaon ka sammaan karte hai aur hamare apne rehne ki jagah ko aur adhik sundar, aur adhik prerna se bhara banate hai.9

Parmeshwar ke rachnaaon ke upar hamare prabandhan me, iske shikar(pinnacle) par, un sabhi manushyon ke liye pyaar, sammaan aur dekhbhaal karna ek pawitr kartavvye bhi shaamil hai jinke saath hum dharti ko baantte hai. Weh Parmeshwar ke bete aur betiyaan hai, hamari behne aur hamare bhaai hai, aur unki anant khushi rachna ke kaarye ka mul lakshye hai.

Lekhak Atoine de Saint-Exupéry ne in likhit baato ka varnan kiya: Ek din, ek relgaadi me safar karte samay, unhonne khud ko sharnaarthiyon(refugees) ke ek dal ke beech baetha paaya. Ek chote bachche ke chehre par dekhi gayi niraasha se bahut prabhaawit huwe, unhonne kaha, “Jab ek bagiche me ek naya gulaab utpariwartan(mutation) dwara paeda hota hai, toh sabhi maali anandit hote hai. Weh gulaab ko alag karte hai, uski dekhbhaal karte hai, use paalte hai. Lekin purshon ke liye koi maali nahi hai.”10

Mere bhaaiyo aur bahano, kya hamein apne saathi purshon aur mahilaaon ke liye maali nahi banna chahiye? Kya hum apne bhaai ke rakhwaale nahi? Ishu ne hamein aagya diya ki hum apne samaan apne padosi se pyaar karein.11 Unke muh se padosi shabd ka matlab sirf nazdeek rehne waala nahi hai; iska matlab hai dil ki nazdeeki. Yeh is dharti ke sabhi niwaasiyon ko shaamil karta hai—chaahe woh hamare aas-paas ya door desh me rehte ho, chaahe unki utpati(origins), vyaktigat bekground, ya parishthitiyaan kuch bhi ho.

Masih ke chelon ke rup me, hamara ek gambheer kartavvye hai ki hum dharti ke sabhi raashtron ke beech shaanti aur sadbhaao ke liye bharpur koshish karein. Hamein kamzoron, zarooratmando, aur peedit ya utpeedit sabhi logon ki raksha karne aur unhe santaaona aur raahat dene ke liye apna sarvashresht koshish karna chahiye. Sabse badhkar, pyaar ka sabse bada uphaar jo hum apne saathi purshon ko de sakte hai, woh hai unke saath susamachaar ka anand baatna aur unhe pawitr vachano aur dharamvidhiyon ke maadhyam se apne Rakshak ke paas aane ke liye amantrit karna.

Teesra siddhaant: Hamein rachne ke kaam me bhaag lene ke liye amantrit kiya jaata hai.

Rachne ka dicye prakriya abhi puri nahi hui hai. Har din, Parmeshwar ki rachnaaen badhti, faelti, aur dugni hoti hai. Sabse ashcharyejanak baat yeh hai ki hamare Swarg ke Pita hamein apne rachnaatmak kaarye me bhaag lene ka nimantran dete hai.

Jab bhi hum dharti par kheti karte hai ya apne khud ke nirmaano ko is duniya me jodte hai, tab tak hum Rachna ke kaarye me bhaag lete hai—jab tak hum Parmeshwar ki rachnaaon ke prati sammaan dikhaate hai. Hamare yogdaan kala, architekcha, sangeet, literacha, aur sanskriti ke kaaryon ke nirmaan ke maadhyam se vyakt kiye jaa sakte hai, jo hamare dharti ko sanshodhit karte hai, hamari indriyo(senses) ko tez karte hai, aur hamare jiwan ko ujjwal karte hai. Hum vaygyaanik aur medical(chikitsaa) khojon ke maadhyam se bhi yogdaan karte hain jo dharti aur us par jiwan ko sanrakshit(preserve) karte hain. President Thomas S. Monson ne is siddhaant ko in sundar shabdon me summaraiz kiya: “Parmeshwar ne manushye ke liye apne kaoshal(skill) par kaam karne ke liye duniya ko adhura chodh diya … taaki manushye rachna ke anand aur mahima ko jaan sake.”12

Ishu ke duno ke nitikatha me, jab guru apni yaatra se laote, toh unhonne un do sewakon ki prashansa ki aur unhe puruskaar diye jinhonne apne kaoshal ko badhaaya aur dugna kiya. Iske vipreet, usne us sewak ko, jisne apni alag khaoshal ko dharti me chipa rakkha tha, “laabhheen,” kaha aur jo kuch use mila tha, use bhi le liya.13

Isi tarah, saansaarik rachnaaon ke prabandhak ke rup me hamari bhumika sirf unhe surakshit rakhne ya sanrakshit karne ki nahi hai. Prabhu hum se ummeed karte hai ki hum Unki Pawitr Aatma ke dwara prerit hokar parikshram se kaarye karein, un sansaadhano me vriddhi, badlaao, aur sudhaar kare jo Usne hamein saonpa hai—na sirf hamare laabh ke liye balki dusron ko ashirwaad dene ke liye.

Manushye ki sabhi safaltaaon me se koi bhi jiwan dene me ya bachche ko seekhne, badhne, aur safalta hone me madad karne me Parmeshwar ke saath sehrachnewaalabanne ke anubhao ki baraabri nahi kar sakta—chaahe woh maata-pita, shikshak, neta, ya kisi anye bhumika me ho. Apne aatmik bachcho ke liye shareer pradaan karne aur fir unhe unki divye chamta tak pahunchne me madad karne ke liye hamara Rachnewaala ke saath bhagidaari karne ki tulna me adhik pawitr, adhik santoshjanak, lekin adhik maang waali koi prabandhak nahi hai.

Sehrachna(cocreation) ki zimmedaari ek nirantar yaad dilaane ke rup me kaarye karti hai ki jiwan aur har ek vyakti ka shareer pawitr hai, ki weh Parmeshwar ke alaawa kisi aur ke nahin hai, Unka sammaan karne, Unki raksha karne aur Unki dekhbhaal karne ke liye sanrakchak banaya hai. Parmeshwar ki aagyaaen, jo jandene ki shaktiyon aur anant parivaaro ki sthaapna ko niyantrit karti hai, hamein is pawitr prabandhan me maargdarshan karti hai, jo Uski yojna ke liye bahut mahatwapurn hai.

Mere bhaaiyo aur bahano, hame yeh pehchanna chahiye ki Prabhu ke liye sab kuch aatmik hai—jisme hamare jiwan ke sabse sansaarik pehlu bhi shaamil hai. Mai gawahi deta hoon ki un logon ko mahaan dhaarmik ashirwaad dene ka vaada kiya jaata hai jo dharti aur unke saathi purshon aur mahilaaon se pyaar karte hai aur unki dekhbhaal karte hain. Jab aap is pawitr prabandhan me vishwaas se bane rahenge aur apni anant vachano ka sammaan karenge, toh aap Parmeshwar aur Uske Putr, Ishu Masih ke gyaan me vriddhi karenge, aur aap Unke pyaar aur Unke prabhaao ko apne jiwan me adhik mehsoos karenge. Yeh sab aapko Unke saath rehne aur aanewaale jiwan me atirikt rachnaatmak shakti14 praapt karne ke liye taeyaar karega.

Is maransheel jiwan ke anth me, Swami humse hamare pawitr prabandhan ka hisaab dene ke liye kahenge, jisme yeh bhi shaamil hai ki humne Unki rachnaaon ki dekhbhaal kaise ki hai. Mai praathna karta hoon ki tab hum Unke pyaar bhare shabdo ko hamare dilo me fusfusaate huwe sunenge: “Dhanye hai, he achche aur vishwaasi sewak: tum thode me vishwaasi raha hai, mai tumhe bahut baaton ka adhikaari banaunga: tum apne anand me prawesh kar prabhu.”15 Ishu Masih ke naam se, amen.
